1. Course Pricing

  • Transparent Pricing: All course fees are clearly listed on the individual course landing pages. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price at the time of your purchase is locked and final.

  • Currency: For users in India, all prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international users, prices may be displayed in USD or local currency equivalents.

  • Taxes: Unless stated otherwise, course fees are inclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST in India). A detailed tax invoice will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and authorized Wallets through our secure payment gateway partners.

  • Full Payment: Access to recorded SAP course content is granted only after the full payment has been successfully processed.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since Guru4Edu provides digital products (recorded video content) that are accessible immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Recorded Courses: We generally do not offer refunds once the course content has been accessed or streamed. We encourage users to watch the “Demo Videos” available on the platform before making a purchase.

  • Technical Issues: If you face technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 business days, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund.

  • Duplicate Payments: In the event of a double payment due to a technical glitch, the extra amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Course Validity and Access

  • Subscription Period: Your purchase grants you access to the course content for a specific duration (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, or Lifetime), as mentioned on the course page.

  • Non-Transferability: Course access is tied to your registered email ID and cannot be transferred or sold to another user.

5. Promotions and Discounts

  • Coupon Codes: Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

  • Bundles: If you purchase a course bundle, the refund policy applies to the entire bundle; individual courses within a bundle cannot be partially refunded.
