Since our courses are delivered in digital video format with immediate access, we have specific conditions for cancellations and refunds. 1. Course Cancellation

Since all our courses are in digital video format and access is granted from 6 months to 1 year immediately upon payment, we do not support course cancellations after the purchase has been completed. Once you purchase a course, access to the course content is granted right away, and we cannot reverse this action.


2. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • The email address used during the purchase
    • A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request

  3. Processing: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a technical error leads to a duplicate payment, a full refund will be provided for the additional charge.
  • Course Access Not Granted: If payment is successfully made but course access is not granted within 24 hours, and the issue is not resolved by our support team, a refund will be processed.
  • Wrong Course Enrollment: If you mistakenly enrolled in the wrong course, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

4. No Refunds For

Refund requests will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Completion of a Significant Portion of the Course: If you have accessed or completed a significant portion of the course content (e.g., watched most of the videos or completed assignments), a refund will not be provided.
  • Requests Made After 24 Hours: Refund requests made after 24 hours from the time of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Course Dissatisfaction Due to Personal Preferences: Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences, such as the teaching style or expectations, within 24 hours of purchase.
